I got back from the Isle Of Wight yesterday after 5 day's
Had a really good time and i love the island.
The weather wasn't to great Friday was really windy.

im off to the IOW on Monday with the wife Daughter and grand kids were staying for 5 days.
I have a pass from the wife to do 3 day's cycling so i intend to cycle around the island which apparently...

Ive had back problems for years including sciatica i originally injured my back playing Squash.
i went to see a Chiropractor who helped me a great deal with stretching and exercises and did loads...
