Rock (Rogues) racing
      #32736 - 01/09/2008 21:05

My god, just seen the line up of Rock racing for the tour of Britain!
I don't think there's one of them who hasn't had to take a 'forced' break from cycling.
I'm a bit speachless.

They have all been good riders in the past. I'm sure they're all reformed men...

There'd be no substances left for the riders.

Let's hope the tabloids don't pick up on it. We haven't had the usual anti-cycling rants this year so far.

The editorial in this week's comic is pretty scathing of Red Rock and the ToB organisers. Simon Richardson seems to think the event will be ruined if Sevilla, Botero or Hamilton do well.

As far as I'm concerned they're allowed to race, so let them.

Yup, Millars there; I didn't see his name mentioned in Richardson's rant. No matter whether you side with Millar just because he apologised, they all committed similar crimes. If you want out with one then it should be out for all!

I know it's not nice to laugh at other peoples misfortune, but today's news did raise a smile. You'd also hope they'd read the rule book though.
