I know he isn't but why not. He is the British Champ again, Let him go, Millar won't do any better. (No offence Hutch, or Millar). In fact you could both go and then us fans will see if there is a difference.

British testers have a poor record when they come up against continental pro racers. On closed roads there's no traffic to suck you along!

Plus there are big hills to go up. And corners to go round. And foreign TTs happen during the day, rather than in the middle of the night.
