Swift done well

He raced strongly and did well to get in the front group, getting fourth. It was a good race and a good course as well. Are the women using the same one?

Well done GB!

I think they all race the same course, just a differing number of laps for the U23s, women and men

A great ride and a great race. Hope the next two days are as exciting.

One of the best races of the year. Swift and the break worked well together. Dan Martin's chase was very impressive, but how on earth did Rui Costa's group make up 1'43" in 8km?
Looking forward to the next two, although the course will probably not be too selective for the Elite Race.

Yeah, that was a bit of a mystery. They came from absolutely nowhere. Do you think they got dropped out of the helicopter???

Great race. I was supposed to be doing something useful this afternoon but I couldn't drag myself away...

And Swift might still take the bronze! Looks like they're reopening a doping case on the winner Duarte -

Thanks, I think.

We'll see, I expect.

Please don't tell the comic, they'll be talking about it for the next 10 years, if recent evidence is anything to go by.
