as i was walking this morning a thought came to me - who can regulate pro cycling in its current state ? we are waiting for more positive tests from the tour and as the uci and aso have finally buried their ill ways - do we now need a few force to have a more powerful voice in the sport ? there appears to be a lack of clear leadership out there - who/what can show the sport a new way forward?
if the Tdf tests come back as positive with some of the rumoured guys - i think pro cycling could be on a final slippery slope ...

The saying "takes one to know to know one" springs to mind. I wonder if they're are any former drugs cheats that would be willing (or brave enough) to join forces with the UCI & ASO - after all, they do have a very knowledgeable insight into the world of doping!

In that case Dazzricles can have the job, aided by D. Millar. I'm sure they'd get on.

ROFLMAO
Sounds about right, for this country at least. There's a long tradition of putting someone in charge of a major concern who knows sweet FA about it.
What's the salary package like, will I get lunch expenses?
