I am seriously thinking of doing four long rides starting with the etape calodonia and then 1 month later doing the Dragon ride,Then the pendle and the fred whitton any advice would be welcome,Especially from people who have done them in the past and how long it took them to recover after.I know i can do the pendle but are the others harder than this as i found the pendle pretty hard.I clock up 150 miles a week roughly to and from work and long ride of the weekend when i am not working.Really want to do it but dont want to give myself to much???? Thanks

Personally i think its all about conditioning and how fast you want to do these things. IF you are after 'gold standard' times for all of them you MAY have trouble being physically right on all of those dates. If you are just trying to complete them it is bnot too much of an ask provided you have given yourself the best possible chance by ensuring you and your kit are in the right shape at the right times, you take care of yourself including reducing all other stresses in life as the cycling is taxing enough and get in enough volume training to mirror what your body will be going through. I did 1100 miles in april but usualy even out at about 880-920 per 4 week cycle and my body now copes with that without any problems. If id tried that a year ago id be dead! Conditioning and time in saddle and sacrifice will help you achieve those goals.
Good luck

You will be absolutely fine. Each one will require 2 or 3 steady days to recover afterwards.
150m per week is enough, so long as you give it some stick on a couple of your rides.
Enjoy.

PS The Pendle is in August and the Fred in May, so you might want to check your sequence of events.
