Hi i was wondering is it possible to get a spin class on cd, i have quite a distance to go to get to a class. I thought it would be handy if i could do it with a freind at home on the turbo.

Blimy El Cid, I watched the fist you tube clip and didnt know wether the laugh or cry!. Is this what being fit has come to?. Have to laugh when peeps traval to gyms to go on running machines, what`s wrong with the local park!

... fear ye not.... that is the purely the way Americans behave.. if anyone whooped, clapped, bobbed up and down like a loon in my class, I'd hedbutt (1st taking my super kool bandana off of course....) to knock some sense into them...!
of course this rather Saxon attitude means that he is millionaire and I am not ..!

Thanks El Cid - nearly weed myself laughing!Is that for real? Surely that's a hoax, surely no-one on planet earth would do that when there's an entire world to go and pedal in.....
I solemnly vow, with you folk as my witnesses, never ever to cycle inside (unless I break something and have no choice), and definitely never to do anything invented by a guy who just makes me want cause him a "form of pain" and a "form of suffering".(video 1)...

We lived in America for a brief period and I recieved free gym membership! So my wife and I attended a few of these classes, and they are all like that crazy nutter on the stage. They were all smiles and confidence wearing their ball hugging lycra....sadists!
