Well start simple, if you're not getting off the bike or leaving it anywhere then don't bother with the lock, if it's not going to get dark when you're out chuck the lights! Food, a good breakfast, porridge, toast, plenty fluids, before you go on the ride something like a tin of rice pudding is good and carry something like malt loaf, oaty flapjacks etc. If it's an orginised event with feed stops eat at the stops, make sure you still drink plenty especially this time of year when it's cold it's easy to not drink enough. With the likes of carb/electrolyte drinks I like to have one bottle of the one you're used to and one of water. It's a ride, not a race so don't try anything you're not used to, knocking back gels and power bars when you're not used to them or how much you should drink with them can really throw you off form so eat normally, eat little and eat often, same with fluids. You have survived on normal food so far so it will get you 60 miles It's not a huge distance but it's your first long ride so take your time, no doubt you have clocked up a good few miles beforehand so stick to your pace, don't try and keep up with faster riders because you will pay for it later, If you feel strong in the last hour by all means power on then but not at the start. Maybe carry a couple of gels as an emergency to get you home but try a few first, some are a bit nasty...finally enjoy it!

As above. Keep up the fluids and food intake and you'll be fine. If it's an event you'll get pulled along by the occasion and other people, if on your own it might get tough towards the end.
High 5 Gels and Energy drinks are really nice - the extra caffeine ones are a little harsher, but still fine.
Ruck sack might get uncomfortable after a long ride, so only take that if you really need the extra space. If not, cram it al in the saddle bag. Pump can go on the frame, ditch the lock unless as said above you really need it, and stick your gels and bars in your back pockets of your jacket.
Pace it - don't go charging off or attacking the hills or you might pay for it later on. Have fun!

Both of the above posts are good advice.
But more info would be better. What length of ride are you used to? Why do you need lights and a lock(which should be ditched if you dont need them).
What experience of nutrition etc do you have.
60 miles is a fair distance, but not a huge one, don't be intimidated, how long is it likely to take at your current fitness?
Sorry about the questions, but you'll get better advice if you're more specific.
