Just started doing a blog about cycling in Devon...
      #38473 - 28/10/2008 11:04

Shameless promotion I guess But I've just started a blog about me cycling in Devon. In the end I hope to build up some diaristic ramblings that may be useful for people visiting North Devon with their bikes and include some routes (road cycling). Cheers. Let me know if you think it's rubbish - I do worry that blogs can be a bit of a conceit?

Very nice bit of reading, not sure about the tracker thing, I like not knowing where I am so I don't want others knowing!! With your map I see one problem, we now know where you live so El_Cid and the yorkshire crew will invite themselves for the weekend, eat all your food, drink all your wine..and everyone elses for that matter and cause mayhem on your roads in the early morning, then go home!
I noticed your handlebar issues, have you looked at the compact drops made by FSA and DEDA, I have the DEDA ones, short reach and short drop..might solve your problems!

Cheers, seems good to me. If I was writing one it would include descriptions of every other cyclist I see while out.

I don't know why, but it would. I may be mad..

Unless I was at an event, then I would be more selective, probably.

My 'orrible face is on the "About Me" page - I race on a Colnago Master road bike (spoiled with TT clutter for the races!). I would be doing the Exmoor Beast but it's my daughter's fifth birthday that day and I'm not allowed

Thanks for the replies everyone. Cheers...
