Not a 100% sure on this but having watched a few clips from the BBC website I thought I could hear Hugh Porter commentating in the velodrome as well. Meaning
that some footage may have been recorded with Porter putting the commentary to it later in the day having already watched it live!
Maybe somebody who was there could enlighten us?

It certainly wasn't Hugh Porter commentating in the Velodrome on Sunday. I'd recognise his warm, husky tones anywhere.
