I just want it for the 'Get fit in 30 minutes' section.

'Ere's me thinking it'd take all winter. Well this is brilliant. No need to brave all weathers to get the base miles in. No need to buy thermal this-and-that. No need to battle through those biting headwinds.

I can do the lot in just half an hour eh? Jeez I can't piggin' well wait.

I agree 30 miutes to fitness, what is the secret?

What offends you about Big Mig and Jimmy Saville, Dang?

Could be a corker this week.

Looks like the CW staff are in line for a good Christmas bonus - 'beaucoup de cadeaux' - from Prudhomme this year! Best attempt at spin I've seen in a long while!

(probably totally illegal to reproduce the Comic in this way - twa, beware the mighty sword of the FatController!!! )

The graph surprised me as well.

There were a few typos etc, I suppose El Cid is getting bored pointing them out, or we'd have seen them by now.

Simply trying to keep the wheels of industry turning.

Regarding this week's CW - I was standing in the queue in WH Smiths flicking through whilst waiting to pay for it. When I saw the 8 or 10 or even 12 page CW DVD advert, I closed the mag and put it back on the shelf in disgust.

Purchased a ProCycling instead.

El_Cid, you haven't got time to go browsing through glossy magazines, with all those events to train for!!!

Now get back on that turbo!!

We all need a little something to look forward to twa.

However I dont have a turbo! There is not the room for one in the compact and bijou residence that is Cid towers.

And it would be a pity to turbo with the Dales on our doorstep.

Right, off for a few pints and a chinese

Happy weekend
