i'm trying to decide whether to a) buy a tt for next season, or b) set my 06 TCR C2 up as a tt bike and buy a worthy replacement.
I know buying the tt bike itself would be the 'best' but im not that amazing at tt's anyway due to my shortness, so i think investing in a tt machine may be a bit silly. Any opinions would be great

You can get the front end of a TCR fairly low, posibly even go for an adjustable stem, so modify the Giant and go for a top end road race bike.
If you admit to not being that good/fussed at TTs then a really good road race bike would give you more enjoyment.
Lots of offers on at the moment, go for it.
