Effects of Legal Supplements
      #39836 - 19/11/2008 14:45

I am looking to increase my fitness and performance for 2009. I'm not afraid of a bit of hard training, but I would like any gains to be achieved as easily and painlessly as possible.

I'm a good sport, so illegal drugs are out of the question, but legal supplements seem like a jolly good idea. By cutting down a bit on going out and on booze I have been ableto afford two supplements that have been taking for the last few weeks and I can give you some information on progress so far.

1) In the mornings I am taking COLOSTRUM. Colostrum is found in dairy protein from milk produced in the first 48 hours after birth. The one I am using is from cows. If I can find a human one , I will change to that.
Colostrum boosts the immune system, protects against infections, increases the efficiency of the digestive system to supply amino acids to the muscles and other organs, aids faster recovery from fatigue and promotes growth of lean muscle mass.

2) In the evenings I am taking CREATINE. Creatine is a naturally occuring vital amino acid, a building block for proteins. 95% of creatine is found in the muscle system, the remaining 5% in the brain, heart and testes (not ladies). Briefly, when we use energy we turn ATP (adenosine triphosphate) into ADP (adenosine diphosphate), which needs to be turned into ATP to make more energy. Creatine has a phosphate molecule that it can perform this with - therefore more energy. This combines with repair of muscle damage due to training.

RESULTS SO FAR

I feel great. I have increased power on the bike, more stamina and am recovering effortlessly from training efforts.
My body shape is changing already. I have never had much "definition" to my muscles, but this is changing. My leg muscles have proper ripples now and my veins are showing and they are obviously capable of pumping the blood around in a better fashion.
For many years I have suffered from hair loss, but my hair has actually started to grow back again. The stubble on my face is growing through quicker and stronger as well, and I have noticed an increase in chest hair and hair on my shoulders and the backs of my hands.
My testicles are noticeably heavier than before. In the flaccid state my penis does not look much different, but it has a meatier feel to it. This becomes much more noticeable on erection, increased size, musculature and throbbing veins.
Ejaculation difference is amazing. Have you ever seen Bugsy Malone, where small gangsters fire custard pies from machine guns with the power to knock other small gangsters off their feet? Well thats my ejaculation, well no small gangsters involved, just Mrs Cid shouting "Not in my hair!"

Roll on 2009!

Well that was informative...Probably a paragraph too long but if it needed said then so be it...One question, have you changed your training or eating, riding in winter uses more calories than summer anyway, have you dropped carb intake? That increases definition as does cutting down on drink. But no matter what, if it works for you, keep going, with the work load you have planned everything that will help is worth it, It will be interesting to compare this seasons times to next...keep us posted! and buy mrs Cid a shower cap!!

Sounds insane! I thought that anti-creatine people said it made your balls smaller, not throbbing and brimming with reproductive fluid!

No, apparently it just makes them all the same, it's just that normally it happens to be smaller and emptier...

Be careful of those supplements El_Cid. Rumour has it that with some you produce lady bumps rather than chest hairs. If you happened to stumble on those you would never want to leave the house in the morning

In fact goblin, I think we should all add an alcoholic prefix to our names in protest at this unnatural state of affairs until you have returned to your natural state!!!

Until that happens I will henceforth be known as cheninblancrcruise63!!

If I could only limit my intake to a couple of glasses things would be okay .... but I'm weak - you know how it is, you just have to finish the bottle ... or two.
It's not easy I can tell you, the shopping trolley didn't know how to respond when I steered it away from the booze aisle in tesco today.
Can I survive Christmas though.
I have asked fat controller if I can have the name reserved in case of emergencies
I aim to be under 11 stone by the end of Feb.
