A week or so ago cycling weekly featured a training programme that consisted of; 20 seconds hard effort, followed by 10 seconds easy, then 20 seconds hard effort etc etc. Can anyone give me the full details of the training session and its name.

Can't remember the name exactly. Tabata or something.
15mins warm up
20 secs maximum effort, 10 secs rest x 3 ie 6 mins total.
15 mins warm down.
I've done it. It's hard.
