Although I train for sprints, I get a little nervous in the run up to a sprint finish. Are there any tips on how to relax in the lead up of a road race sprint???? My tendency is to sit too far back or to hold back in a sprint. Any bullying techniques to be able to hold the wheels without being pushes out welcome!No seriously, I have the ability but just keeping holding back.
