    Road Shoes - Mavic

    Hi,

Does anyone have any experiences with the Mavic Huez (2011 - 2012) Road shoe... They advertise it as a the climbers dream, why would a climber need a really light shoe??

    Thanks,
    Timujin

Colnagodram rides Mavic shoes...as for why a climber needs a light shoe...well, for lightness, no point having a 6.8kg bike with the lightest wheels only to ride in welly boots!

Also make sure you trim your toenails really close and scrub off any hard skin from you feet, that'll save a gramme or two! Or try squeezing into a shoe one size smaller?

Then only wear thin short socks.
