Another long stage taking the riders to the Med. (Get your buckets and get your spades, la, la, la). It’s also Bastille Day so the French riders will all be trying for the win. Although fairly flat all day there is a Cat 3 climb 23 km from the finish so only those sprinters who can get over that will be in contention – unless the break stays away.

Two riders please by 10.30 am on Saturday 14th July.
