Next seasons predictions - passing the baton!

Hi. Is there anyone else who would like to take on the predictions for next season? I've got a lot on at present and am not sure that I will be able to do it justice next year. Thanks

I'm bowled over by the rush! I definitely expected all those who didn't like the way I did it, threw their toys out of the pram and refused to play, to rush forward to take over. Oh well...

I would be happy to share it with somebody but I shall be away filming for quite a lot of the early spring season.

There's no way I could run something like this and as good a job as mstree did i don't think you want to do it again or we should expect you too. Seeing as candidates are few a far how about we work out a (probably reduced) list of races we want to predict on, make a list and make it Sticky then we could put our names next which race we could do the predictions on, when you've added up the points then add them to the total which would be another Sticky thread.

Think we also need to simplfy and clarify the scoring system too.

Just a thought what do you think?

Thanks Saladane, Mostyn and dang. Things are slightly easier for me at present so if no-one else wants to do the predictions I will start the season again. I agree about a reduced list - I probably overdid it a bit this year but I got excited! Also of course there were the Olympics. Just the World Tour calendar would be best? Yar? as Darcy Bussell would say! It's the GTs that take the time as I had to do each stage and then I was on my holidays for the Vuelta. Anyway, any suggestions and help welcome, rather than see the Predictions going down the pan.

So Pleased you've agreed to run the predictions again for 2013, because we all enjoyed participating in the day to day racing results. I also think Saladane, is correct in suggesting a reduced shedule of Tours only? although personally, I did enjoy predicting the outcome of the one-day classics. Whatever you decide? will surely be appreciated. Thanks, looking forward to the racing predictions thread for 2013.
