have two bikes both with campag ultra torque chainsets both have developed knocking noises usually when out of saddle or climbing steep hill, if i regrease an install new wave washer knocking goes away for aprox 4-5 months then returns have checked faces on frame bottom bracket, they are parellel, there is a guy in the states producing shim kits (roguemechanic) but they are retailing at 45 dollars plus customs plus tax i just wondering is there anyone in this country supplying something similar. Otherwise i will just go back to renewing w.w at regular intervals. whatever happened to adjustable bb to simple i guess.

I have a similar issue with my FSA BB30 compatible chainset. Strip down, clean and grease generally does the trick.
