I trust you are all well.

I would really welcome any advice, opinions and suggestions about an ideal bike for my needs.

I currently ride a Bianchi Nirone with Shimano Tiagra group.
I have pulled my finger out and entered this years Etape. In 2014 I am doing my first Iron Man and thinking of doing one of the spring classic sportive rides (read cobbles) and I also want to do a few local TT's this year.
What I would like from you guys are suggestions for a 'do it all' or best compromise bike.
Budget is £3-4k. Although I am happy to spend a lot less.
