I would say that would be 20th gear...think like driving a car...1st gear for the steepest hills, top gear (20th) for going fast...but to be awkward you should think of a bike like a 4x4 in terms of gearing, A landrover has 10 forward gears but you class it as a 5 speed gearbox with high and low ratios, as the bike has a crossover of gear ratios just the same it doesn't actually have 20 gears, actually only 12 or 13 different ratios.When cycling I class it as high 6 or low 6 for example..easier to discuss what gear you use when boring the pants off other cyclists than saying 16th for high 6 or just 6 for low 6! Hope this has added some confusion to your life!
